OVERVIEW
Polynucleotides are a next-generation skin treatment designed to rejuvenate and repair delicate under-eye skin at a cellular level. Derived from purified DNA fragments, these powerful biostimulators work by deeply hydrating the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production, and promoting tissue regeneration. This makes them ideal for improving the appearance of fine lines, dark circles, crepey texture, and overall skin quality in the under-eye area. The result is a brighter, smoother, and more refreshed appearance—without adding volume or altering your natural features.

BOOKING
Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with a consultation form to assess your suitability for Polynucleotide. Your safety and well-being are our top priority, and we will not proceed with any treatment if we believe it may not be in your best interest or could be unsafe for you.
CONSULTATION
At NTK Aesthetics, your polynucleotide treatment begins with a thorough consultation. We take the time to understand your concerns, assess the under-eye area, and review your medical history to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. During this appointment, we’ll explain how polynucleotides work, what kind of results you can expect, and how many sessions may be recommended based on your skin's condition. This personalised approach ensures you feel informed, confident, and completely comfortable before starting your treatment journey.
THE TREATMENT
The procedure itself is quick and minimally invasive. After gently cleansing the skin and applying numbing cream for comfort, small amounts of polynucleotide solution are carefully injected into the under-eye area using a fine needle or cannula. The treatment typically takes around 20–30 minutes. Most clients require a course of 3 sessions, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, to achieve optimal results. Improvements in hydration, texture, and brightness can often be seen after the first few treatments, with continued benefits over time as the skin regenerate

SAFETY DURING THE TREATMENT
Polynucleotide treatments are extremely safe. The solution is derived from highly purified DNA fragments and is biocompatible, meaning the body recognises and accepts it naturally, reducing the risk of allergic reactions or adverse effects. The treatment is minimally invasive and involves little downtime, with only mild swelling or redness possible at the injection sites. We prioritise hygiene, precision, and client comfort at every stage to ensure a safe, smooth experience with results you can trust.
